The Villa
A sixteenth-century jewel immersed in the greenery of the Venetian countryside
History, charm and tradition
Built in 1580, Ca' Conti is a historic residence located in Granze, immersed in the countryside of the lower Padua area, with a suggestive view of the Euganean Hills.
Surrounded by a romantic English park, dotted with neoclassical statues, centuries-old plants and large green spaces, the villa presents itself as a place out of time, where nature and architecture coexist in harmony. To embellish the structure, the lemon house and a refined barchessa act as a scenic backdrop to the main building: the imposing trachyte farmyard brings to mind the grain left to dry in the sun. All around, the agricultural lands of the estate extend, cultivated in accordance with tradition.

Historic interiors and frescoes by the author
The interiors of Ca' Conti tell the story of the refined taste of the nobility: large rooms, decorated lounges, and rooms with a unique character follow one another with balance and prestige. Among these, the ballroom, the billiard room and a series of lounges stand out, each with distinctive colors and furnishings, decorated with frescoes by the Venetian painter Giovanni Biasin, who in the 19th century made the house his artistic laboratory. The walls tell of panoramic views and imaginative motifs, which give the spaces a theatrical and surprising charm.
Family, territory and lively activity
Built as a Benedictine station, over the centuries Ca' Conti was transformed first into a hunting lodge, then into a noble summer residence. After passing from the Conti family to the Camerini marquises in the 19th century, the villa remained a point of reference for the agricultural and cultural life of the area.
It is believed that the name Granze derives from its ancient function as a granary, probably linked to the presence of the villa and its agricultural activities.
Today the Rusconi Camerini family continues the traditional farm: it also includes an educational farm open to the public, which hosts llamas, donkeys, horses, geese and other animals in an authentic and welcoming environment.

A place to live
Today Ca' Conti opens its doors to visitors, offering an exclusive setting for weddings, private events, guided tours, educational activities and villa stays. The rooms, carefully created within the historic residence, allow you to live an immersive experience of history, nature and hospitality.
Every event at Ca' Conti is an opportunity to rediscover the beauty of times gone by, in a setting of quiet and refinement, in the heart of the Venetian countryside.
